What is SENT 1?

SENT 1 is an annual 3-month missions training program based in Ghana, West Africa. It offers intensive training in a practical, foreign missions setting, where students learn biblical outreach and church planting principles from experienced missionaries. SENT 1 (Serving Every Nation Training) is led by dedicated leaders who are committed to each student’s spiritual growth.

Can I go on SENT 1?

We welcome born-again young people who care about the lostness of the world, desire to move God’s global kingdom forward, and are at least 18 years old.

What is the purpose of this school?

Our goal is that students leave with a deep understanding of God’s desire for the world to know him. We want them to know their responsibility as truth-bearers and to be practically equipped to “go into all the world and make disciples of all peoples.”

What will I be doing?

Students enjoy worship, discussions, and question and answer periods.

They get to visit our missionary families, participating in, and observing their ministry.

The team works together singing, sharing testimonies, and preaching in the local high schools and colleges and on the streets.

Will I get to participate in real ministry?

We believe that we learn best when we are doing. So the school is geared toward giving strong teaching and motivation, while simultaneously providing outlets of ministry to practice what you have been learning.
