“What you do comes from who you are. Who you are flows from what you believe.”

God:

We believe in Almighty God, the maker of the world, and the sustainer of all things.

We believe in God the Father, the one to whom we pray to send workers to His harvest, and to give us the nations for our inheritance.

We believe in the Messiah, Jesus, the one who sends us as the Father sent Him.

We believe in the Holy Spirit’s active presence and work in the world, bringing light to dark places and guiding our efforts to accomplish His will that all men come to the knowledge of the truth.

The Bible:

We hold the Bible as the truth: the record of Jesus which we believe and the words of God which we follow, by the strength of the Spirit, with all of our hearts.

The Church:

We understand from the Bible that churches are to be active organisms, with every member working properly, so that the Body grows. We choose to be faithful to the Word in every area, so that the gospel can go forth with power and Christ’s majesty can be put on full display before the watching world.

The World:

We believe that to refuse to accept the revelation of God in Jesus is to refuse eternal life, and therefore all who reject Him will experience eternal judgment.

The Mission:

We accept Jesus’ command to the church to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”

Aligning our mission with this command, we therefore choose to focus on the people groups who have little or no active witness of the gospel among them.

We follow Paul’s example as our model: he made disciples among the unreached, ordained humble, faithful leaders over the groups of new believers, and then left them to the charge of the Holy Spirit. This can be termed indigenous church planting.

We believe, as Hudson Taylor wrote, that “God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supply.” So, we trust God to give us the necessary funds for supporting the work.
